Apis: for stinging pain & edema

মোমাছির হুলের বিষ (এ্যাপিয়াম ভাইরাস) হতে এপিস মেল প্রস্তুত করা হয়।

এপিসের রোগীরা গরমে কষ্ট পায়, হুলফুটানো তীক্ষ্ণ ব্যথা অনুভব করে। এপিসের রোগীদের তীব্র আবেগ। এরা অনুরাগী, ঈর্ষান্বিত, যৌনতায় সক্রিয় এবং সহজেই উত্তেজিত হয় কিন্তু  জবুথবু। সহজেই হাত হতে জিনিস পড়ে যায়।

শরীরের বিভিন্ন অংশে ফোলাভাব, তীক্ষ্ণ ব্যথা যা গরমে বৃদ্ধি পায়।

মানসিক:

ঈর্ষান্বিত হয়ে অসুস্থ হয়, রাগে ফেটে পড়ে, বিরক্তবোধ করে। জিহ্বায় তীক্ষ্ণ হুলফোটানো ব্যথা।

অস্থিরতা, ব্যস্ততা, উন্মাদনা।

অকারণে কান্নাকাটি করে।

রোগী খিটখিটে, অসুস্তুষ্ট, নিরুৎসাহিত।

পাখি, পিন ও মৃত্যুর ভয়। কথাবার্তায় বার বার মৃত্যুকে উপস্থাপন করে।

শারীরিক:

কিডনীর অকার্যকারিতার কারণে ওডিমেটাস, ড্রপসিকাল ফোলা।

বিভিন্ন জয়েন্টের প্রদাহ সহ ফোলাভাব, বিশেষ করে গোড়ালির ফোলাভাব।

চোখের চারপাশে বিশেষ করে চোখের নীচের পাতা ফুলে উঠে। ঠোঁট, হাত-পা ফুলে।

মৌমাছির হুল ফোটার মত জ্বালাকর হুল ফোটানো ব্যথা।

আনাড়িভাব। হাত হতে সহজেই জিনিসপত্র পড়ে যায়। ধরে রাখতে পারে না।

ইরিসিপেলাটাস প্রদাহ।

মুখ, হাত, পিঠে আর্টিকারিয়া যা ঠান্ডা প্রয়োগে ভাল বোধ করে। রাতে, ঘেমে গেলে, ব্যায়াম করলে বৃদ্ধি পায়।

গরম ও জ্বালাপোড়া থাকা সত্ত্বেও তৃষ্ণাহীন।

বিরতিহীন জ্বর। বিকাল ৩টায় শীতভাব সহ জ্বর ও জ্বরের এ অবস্থায় তৃষ্ণা থাকে।

মলদ্বার শিথিল। মনে হয় মলদ্বার খোলা।

জ্বলন্ত ব্যথাসহ সিস্টাইটিস বা প্রস্রাবে ইনফেকশন। কুইংকের এনজিওনিউরোটিক শোথ। এ্যালার্জিক প্রতিক্রিয়া।

হ্রাস-বৃদ্ধি: তাপে বৃদ্ধি। ঠান্ডা প্রয়োগে উপশম।

Apis Mellifica (Apis)

Apis is prepared from the poison of the honey bee (Apium virus)

People suffering from heat and who have sharp, stinging pains. People with strong emotions, are passionate, jealous, sexually active and easily excited but also very awkward.

Oedematous swelling, stinging pain, worse from heat.

Mental:

Ailments from jealousy, rage, vexation. Have a sharp, stinging tongue.

Restlessness, busy, insanity.

Causeless weeping.

Irritable, dissatisfied. Discouraged.

Fear birds, pins, death.

Presentiment of death.

Physical:

Oedematous, dropsical swelling of the extremities due to dysfunction of kidneys.

Swelling, inflammation of joints, especially ankles.

Puffy swelling of eyelids, particularly around and under the eyes, swelling of lips, of hands and feet.

Burning, stinging pains (like a bee sting).

Awkwardness, clumsiness, drop things easily.

Erysipelatous inflammation.

Urticaria (face, extremities, back) better from cold applications worse from perspiration, night, exercise.

Thirstless despite the heat and the burning.

Intermittent fever, with a chill at 3pm and thirst.

Relaxed anus. The sensation of the open anus.

Cystitis with burning pain. Quincke’s angioneurotic oedema. Allergic reactions.

Modalities: Aggravation from heat, better from cold applications.
